L’Oréal Paris – Hydra Genius Moisturizer Review

Hey my loves,

in today’s blog post I am going to talk about yet another product I’ve been highly obsessed with the last month. And that is the L’Oréal Paris – Hydra Genius Moisturizer.

SAMSUNG CSC

Winter time always means super dehydrated and flaky skin for me, my normally combination skin is way more on the dry side in the colder months. But this moisturizer by L’Oréal literally saved my skin and leaves it feeling super hydrated and tight.

As you might know from my Evening Skincare Routine I’ve been using quite a lot of L’Oréal Products lately and that is due to the fact that since using these products my skin has improved immensely.

They are drugstore products, but for myself a bit on the pricier site. But you really need just tiny amounts from the skin care range and that means they last a really long time.

I use this moisturizer every morning and evening and if I am wearing makeup I still go in with another moisturizer. In the beginning I have been using this hydra one before my normal ones, but I realized quickly that I wouldn’t need that.

I can highly recommend this product and for every skin type they have a different one. I’m using the one for the sensitive skin and have been super happy with it.

I wish you all a wonderful day!

XoXo, Jasmin.

L’Oréal Paris – Smooth Sugar Glow Scrub Review

Hey my loves,

in today’s post I am going to talk about one of my newest obsession and that is the L’Oréal Paris – Smooth Sugar Glow Scrub.

4.JPG

For a while I’ve been looking for a scrub I could use on my face, which is gentle enough but efficient. And then I came across the new L’Oréal Scrub Series and just had to try them. As I’m always up for some extra natural glow I obviously had to choose the glow scrub.

If I remember correctly there are three scrubs available: L’Oreal Paris Smooth Sugar Nourish Cocoa Scrub (softens and smooths), L’Oreal Paris Smooth Sugar Clear Kiwi Scrub (Purifies, Lifts Blackheads) and L’Oréal Paris Smooth Sugar Glow Scrub (Polishes, Boosts Radiance).

I definitely want to try the other two as well, but for now I really enjoy using mine.

Here’s how to use it:

SAMSUNG CSC

1. Apply to dry and clean skin. (Avoid your eye area!)

2. Add warm water and start rubbing it in until the sugar is melted.

4. Rinse it off.

Here’s what the results are supposed to be.

RESULTS:
Immediately, skin is clean, soft and polished.
Use for one week produces a glowing complexion and a refined skin texture.
Extended use helps skin remain baby-soft, radiant and revived.

And I can totally agree. Your skin feels super soft, all the excess skin will be gone and it gives you such a radiant glow that lasts about 2-3 days, it really depends if you wear makeup everyday or not. I use it up to 2-3 times a week, and you really just need a tiny amount.

I’ve been using it for almost 4 weeks now and I would say I have about 2 to 3 weeks of product left, which considering the price range the scrubs is in is amazing.

Have you guys tried any of the other scrubs from the series? Let me know in the comments.

I hope you all have a wonderful day!

XoXo, Jasmin

My Holiday Haul

Hey my loves,

in today’s blog post I am showing you what I got on my holiday. I really didn’t go crazy or anything, it was more about spending quality time with my family than shopping. But here’s what I got:

L’Oréal Paris – Sugar Scrubs Glow Peeling

I love this stuff! All the new L’Oréal skin care stuff is so good and I really enjoy using them. This sugar scrub is perfect for a hard scruff but also for a light everyday use. As you can see I’ve been using it frequently and it leaves my skin feeling and looking amazing. I will definitely try the other two from the series.

L’Oréal Paris – Hydra Genius Aloe Water Sensitive Skin & Rituals – The Rituals of Sakura Foaming Shower Gel

SAMSUNG CSC

I’ve used the foaming shower gel before and absolutely fell in love with. It lasts really long and you only need a tiny amount of product for your entire body! And I love the smell.

The Hydra Genius Aloe Water by L’Oréal was a first try for me. I think you can use it as a moisturizer on its own, but I have been using it before my actual moisturizer and I can see a change it my skin. It feels tighter, more alive and so much more hydrated and healthy. And you only need like one to two pumps of it and it’s more than enough product for you entire face, which means it will last long as well.

CEDON – Note Pad and Notebook

SAMSUNG CSC

The small notebook is checked and the note pad is doted which is perfect if you want to add it into a bullet journal. I just really enjoy the prints. I don’t know if you can get them anywhere but Germany, but Amazon does have some on the german site, so if you are interested in buying them check that store out.

I hope you enjoyed today’s entry and if you want check out my Holiday Entry. I wish you all a wonderful day!

I’m Going on Vacay! – My Travel Makeup Bag

Hey my loves,

When you’re reading this I’m already on my vacation! YAY! I’m going to visit some family in the south of Germany for a couple of days, just to recharge and spend some quality time with them. We have quite a few things planned, so expect an entry on that!

But today I am going to show you the makeup I took with me on my little family vacation.

SAMSUNG CSC

I kept it quite minimal even though it does not look lite it, but these are the things that I tend to use on a daily bases. I will have a video up quite soon about my daily makeup routine during winter, so keep an eye out for that, if you are interested.

Face

face1.JPG

One of everything – haha xD, literally so hard, I wanted to pack two more blushes, but then I thought ‘Girl, you’re only gonna use one anyway’, so I decided on one.

Eyes

SAMSUNG CSC

I love palettes for traveling, because you don’t need to bring a zillion different eyeshadows. And since my everyday and going out eyeshadows are in a palette I just brought them both.

Lips

SAMSUNG CSC

Now, for lips I always like to bring a variety of shades, so I tend to bring a lot, but since the NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams are tiny I get away with it – haha xD.

What do you bring in your travel makeup bag? Tell me in the comments. I would love to know.

I wish you all a wonderful day!

L’Oréal Paris Pure Clay Masks Review

Hey my loves,

today I am going to talk about some of my favorites when it comes to face masks. I’ve recently shared my evening skincare routine with you and told you briefly about one of the masks.

L’Oréal Paris – Pure Clay Face Masks

SAMSUNG CSC

I’ve been trying the L’Oreal Paris Pure Clay Blemish Rescue Face Mask for a little over six weeks now and I’m absolutely loving it! First of all, it says that the container should last for about 10 masks, BUT you don’t need so much product so it will definitely last you longer than that.

4.JPG

Furthermore, I love the color, I know that’s quite odd, but it’s just so much fun to apply to your face! You almost look like a cute smurf! haha xD

But here’s the deal: the mask does its job! I apply it whenever I feel like I’m about to break out, or if I already have some major blemishes and the next day, your skin looks amazing! It feels fresh and clean. However, I can only advise you to put a hell lot of moisturizer on afterwards, because – and it may just be my combination skin – but my skin is undeniably more dry.

I thought I had found the ONE, the one face mask that rescues my skin and is my go to, BUT that was before I tried the L’Oreal Paris Pure Clay Detox Face Mask. – Boy, oh boy, do I hype that mask!

5.JPG

I LOVE IT! If I could use it everyday I would, but you should NOT do that. I just love the feeling of my skin after applying that mask, it feels tight, clean, fresh and looks super healthy and also it feels like that. And that’s right after washing it off. The next day it is even better!

What I noticed the day after is that my makeup applies super smooth and it even holds longer! Also I do not get any blemishes for a couple of days after using it which is bomb! I can highly recommend that mask.

But one thing is super weird about that masks and in some way  I really like it, when the mask dries down you can hardly move your face and if you do its first of all really hard to do and second if you look closely into the mirror, and for me it’s especially around my nose, you can literally see your pores. It’s insane! One tip though: Use a lot of moisturizer afterwards, I feel like you get this is with all clay masks.

I really hope I could give you a good insight on how much I love these products! If you have any question feel free to ask me!

I wish you all a wonderful day!

XoXo, Jasmin.
