Finding Positivity & Happiness – 2016

Hey my loves,

today I want to talk about positivity and happiness, so I thought I’m gonna share my view on them with you. Let me know in the comments, what ways you have to stay positive and happy.

4Staying positive seems always hard, especially when you feel like life is making it hard for you. But let’s face it, maybe your just afraid to let go of things that are negative in your life, maybe you need to learn to say “FU, I don’t need that!“. I obviously don’t mean it in a harmful way, but in a way of letting it go.

Don’t bother with thinking too much about stuff, and just let time sort it out. Mostly our problems (or the problems we think we have) will sort out themselves. Staying positive is a choice and you have to make that choice. You have to choose a positive attitude –  yes, things might go wrong, but that’s how it goes. You learn from your experience. One bad thing shouldn’t minimize your standard in life. One bad thing shouldn’t be the reason do be all negative. Choose to look at the problems and difficulties in another way, look at it like that: “If you can’t change it, don’t get angry or be bothered about it. Find a way of making it work.“ There’s always a way, trust me – you may not see it right away but in the end you see that it wasn’t even that big of a deal.

When you face a situation that’s negative, don’t bottle up – just take a minute and breathe. Taking time to look at everything from another perspective always helps. Sleeping on it,too.


Choose to be positive. Life’s not worth living being miserable and negative. It’s much healthier for you and your environment, when you stay positive. It leads to a much happier life.

The key to a happy life is to choose positivity and happiness. Yeah, you could have the worst day ever, but one smile, one laughter – even if it is just the tiniest giggle – should mean something to you. This world is full of negativity and hate, people need to understand that it’s a choice to hate, to be negative as is being happy and positive. Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you have to let it out on people. You never know, a smile to a stranger might be just what they needed. I know for a fact, that when I have a bad day and I’m let’s say at the grocery store and the cashier is friendly & polite and smiles, it makes me happier. Realize that happiness doesn’t mean having everything you want and being problem-free all the time.


A smile, a laughter are contagious. Remember that!

And I’m by no means saying that you’re not allowed to be mad or sad, because we all have those days, but deal with it on your own and your friends and families and not strangers. Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean others day needs to be ruined. Everyone’s allowed a piece of happiness.

I for myself struggle a lot to stay positive, but I see it as a journey. Yes, there might be days where I just wanna scream and shout, because “it just gets too much“, but there are always days where I’m filled with happiness and joy and am full of life. There are so many things we should be grateful & happy about it. Sometimes it’s just that ONE song that makes you wanna dance or it’s a friend who just knows to say the right things to make you feel better or even surprises you when you least expect it, but let’s face it: Life’s a rollercoaster of emotions, you just need to learn what’s worth being in your life and what’s important.
