The Perfect Sunday

Hey my loves,

Sundays are the lazy days right? Sundays are the days to relax and reload the energy for the upcoming week. Here are 10 Things that will help to make your Sunday perfect:

1 – Have a lay in

Sleeping longer than usual doesn’t need to mean to sleep to noon, it could mean sleeping that one hour longer than usual, but do as you prefer. If you’re an early bird get up early. It depends on you!

2 – Start your day off with a healthy nutritious breakfast

3 – Go for a walk

I’m not a big fan on working out on a Sunday since it is one of the days you should relax, but I do think a little bit of fresh air and exercise is healthy and also fresh air helps to clear the mind.

4 – Listen to your favorite Sunday tunes

On a Sunday I like to listen to “Happy” songs and songs that make me want to hug the whole world. Here are some of my favorite Sunday tunes:

5 – Watch a Movie or Catch up with your favorite TV Show

I usually watch one movie on a Sunday. It depends in which mood I am in but most of the times I watch a Action or Comedy Movie. If you haven’t seen these 3 movies yet, then you should definitely watch them:

6 – Pamper Yourself

Do everything that you didn’t have time for over the week. Paint your nails, put on a face mask, you can even have a relaxing bath! Check out this theseΒ DIY Face Mask ideas:

7 – Clean up your desk area or whatever needs cleaning

This sounds probably weird, but starting off the week with a clean room or apartment is going to help you to be much more relaxed and balanced.

8 – Prep the next day

Lay out the clothes you want to wear the next morning, bag your handbag and organize everything that can be done the day before. It will help you the next morning not to be so stressed.

9 – Have a treat!

You can either bake something and enjoy it or you could just simply eat your favorite chocolate. Whatever you prefer! Here are some interesting recipes for healthy treats:

10 – Read a book!

Why read a book? Well the answer is easy, why not? With all the social media and tv shows we forget the little things, like falling in love with a Character through words and our own imagination. I ordered myself a new book yesterday, because I definitely need to read more, so why don’t you join me on that. One book a month! That’s doable, right?
