Hey my loves,
last week I had a baking day again and this time I baked some delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies (not so healthy, but still delicious). Here is what you will need.
- 470 g Flour
- 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoons of Salt
- 175 g melted and cooled butter
- 225 g brown sugar
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Teaspoons of Vanilla
- Chocolate Drops (amount varies on how much you like)
Melt the butter and let it cool off.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla and salt.
Add the eggs to the cooled off butter and mix it, then add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Add the Chocolate Drops and mix them all together.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to an hour. Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees and spread your dough in small pieces on a baking sheet (don’t make them too big, they get huge while they bake).
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they get golden on top. Take them out of the oven and let them cool off.
