on tuesday I baked some delicious and healthy cookies. And because I liked them so much I thought I share them with you and also they are so easy to make. So here is what you will need:
Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees. Then the first thing you need to do is to mash up your two bananas, medium ripe ones are the best to work with, they are also sweater in taste.
I didn’t measure the amount of oatmeal or chocolate drops. But just mix the oatmeal until the mass is quite thick and sticking together:
Then add the chocolate drops, as few or as much you like. But I say, the more the better, right?
Blend everything until everything is covered in the mashed bananas. Take a baking tray and put baking sheet on it. Then take 1 1/2 teaspoons of the mixture and display in on the sheet. (I made quite big cookies)
Bake the cookies for 12-15 Minutes and then let them cool off. I really liked them and if you do as well, feel free to tweet me your pictures of your cookies.
